FXSG-280H Hose Crimper

FXSG-280H is a composite surface hose crimper. The die seat shrinks and expands by the radical direction, without axial displacement. In this way this kind of hose crimper has the following features.1.the die seat still keep the same interval after a long-term usage. 2. The crimper force can reach to 460t.3.it have two speeds: fast and low. 4. The maximum opening of the die seat can reach to 150mm, and crimper range is 43mm. It is suitable for crimping hose elbow, unusual hose etc.5.the die and the die seat are made by the digital control operating, the uniform interval distance is assured . 6. The seal element is made of alloy tetra fluorine material, which has strong corrosion and abrasion resistance. Besides it can work perfectly under the pressure of 60Mpa and even higher. In operation, there are three switches you can choice, point move, semi-automatic and full-automatic. You can also change the interval when working. Easy to operate and the best one for factory.
